Compassionate Care collects religious and demographic information to determine eligibility to participate in adoption programs. Each country Compassionate Care works with has specific rules on the eligibility of clients for international adoption based on this demographic data.

Please remember to fill out each line of the form to submit your request. If a question does not apply to you, please put "none" or "not applicable." The form will not submit otherwise. We appreciate your interest in our adoption program.
